Refund policy

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You may request a refund or exchange if:

• The item(s) delivered are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The item(s) were not delivered as described.
• You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).
• The item(s) are returned unused and in original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
• Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-returnable” or “Sale”.
• Customized, preorder or made-to-order items.
• Items returned without prior notification or approval.
• Notification made after 24 hours of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Approved returns must be shipped back within 48 hours of approval.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2–5 business days.
  

Exchanges

If the item is eligible for an exchange:

• We will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the returned item is received and inspected.
• If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.
